Spent three nights at this hotel. Amazing oceanfront pools with great views. The dining experience was decent. Slow room service made it frustrating sometimes. Nice location close to the old quarter. Staff friendly and well-trained.

We loved our stay with the spacious double room offering breathtaking ocean views and the amazing breakfast spread that kicked off our days perfectly. The infinity pool and the kiddie pool kept our family entertained and relaxed throughout our trip. The only downside was the minor noise from the hallway, but it didn't take away from our wonderful time! 🌊

our stay at hyatt regency was fantastic! we enjoyed our residency suite on the 39th floor with breathtaking views of the sea and bay. the infinity pool on the 14th floor was our favorite spot, especially for sunset. fernanda from the bar was amazing at serving us drinks and snacks, making our afternoons even better. the hotel is located close to a nice beach and a shopping mall.

The views from my junior suite were stunning, especially of the walled city. The pool on the 14th floor is adults only and perfect for catching sunsets. Plus, the staff were super friendly—shoutout to Diana and Daniela! One thing tho, the towels felt a bit rough. Still, a solid stay.

i had a great stay at the hyatt regency. the employees were very good and well-trained, making me feel welcome. breakfast was excellent, and dinner didn't disappoint either! the hotel is conveniently located close to the old quarter, just a short walk away. i also enjoyed the gorgeous oceanfront pools and found the gym to be a great addition to my exercise routine.

Had an awesome time at this hotel! Our room on the 41st floor had a killer view of the bay, and those pools? So fun! The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. We tried the breakfast at the restaurant, and it was a huge spread, but the prices for poolside food were a bit steep.

Staying four nights in a two-bedroom suite offered breathtaking views and a comfortable stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially with day trip arrangements, and the ambiance of the outdoor terrace during breakfast was stunning. However, check-in was delayed significantly, and the restaurant’s dinner options fell short compared to the vibrant local scene. Additionally, the clogged toilet was promptly fixed, but it disrupted our evening plans.
